Chickpeas are becoming more and more popular, which is also popular with the surroundings of the town of Partizánske. This is where this traditional great soup comes from, where you don't need a lot of ingredients and satiate it perfectly.
Ingredients:
Chickpeas 200 g, potatoes 150 g, salt 1/4 PL, lard 100 g, plain flour 150 g, garlic 20 g, 1 onion, ground red pepper 1/4 PL, cream 7.5 PL, vinegar 1 PL
Approach:
Take the chickpeas, wash them and soak them in water for about 14 hours. We cook in the same water we soaked it. When soft, add diced potatoes and salt. Cook until soft. Make a sauce from the ointment and plain flour, add garlic, onion and a little red ground pepper. Sort the prepared preparation with milk and cream and add it to the cooked soup. Season with salt and vinegar.
