Ogodo is the name of an African girl that we have adopted at a distance. Loice Atieno Ogodo is currently 15 years old and attends Sangoro Primary School. He comes from Ken, from Paponditi. The girl lost her father when she was young. She now lives with her widowed mother, who has modest income and does not allow her to attend school. That's why we help him in this direction.

We import green coffee through Italian and German coffee traders . Gradually, we will be introducing coffee from around the world in our backyard. We focus on coffee that is more expensive and of high quality , guaranteeing first-class quality . As coffee is grown in almost all tropical countries, it is really something to choose from. In our offer, we definitely prefer Arabica coffee , which is healthier than the cheaper Robusta, it contains up to three times less caffeine than Robusta . In our offer you also do not find so-called Decaffeinated coffee produced by a "chemical process" from normal green coffee and therefore we can not, in our opinion, characterize it as a healthy coffee
It is very important to know how to work with coffee, to dress it up and to know how to prepare the right espresso that is the basis of all the coffee drinks we offer. This is why our barracks work with Barristers , who have undergone barist courses and latte art courses here and abroad . Our aim is to prepare coffee beverages at a level that is the standard in the country of promised coffee - Italy .
One of the prerequisites for making good coffee is regular cleaning and maintenance of machines . For espresso to have the right flavor and smell, it is imperative that the coffee be ground immediately before it is produced, ie from the grinder to the lever . In our café, each type of coffee is ground on a separate grinder to avoid mixing different types of coffee. The most important element of espresso preparation is a properly set coffee machine . Every morning before opening, the coffee maker and grinders are set to optimal values, and every evening after the café closes, the machines are cleaned for the next day.
