A sweet lunch over the weekend will please especially the little ones, but adults will also enjoy these dumplings. Prepare this simple recipe and you will heal yourself behind your ears.
Ingredients:
Cherries 200 g, water, plain flour 300 g, cottage cheese 200 g, butter 200 g, cinnamon 20 g.
Approach:
We prepare a thinner dough from flour and water, pour it on a larger shovel and after a little we pour cherries into it, which we wrap in the way. Gradually we throw them into boiling salted water. After cooking, remove, sprinkle with cottage cheese, cinnamon, sugar and pour over the melted butter.
