It used to be a mining school. Today, the Jabloň Gallery is being built in this building. Gallery in the sense of the passage. Watching the rebirth of the building live also fascinates those who are not professionally engaged in architecture.

The school becomes a cultural and creative center, where, among other things, we can find museums. Museum At that time, the Museum of the History of Prievidza or a demonstration socialist apartment.

An exceptional piece, which he even unwrapped and showed us in full beauty, is a telephone booth. There are not many of them in the world.

Of course, I didn't have her in the bedroom, but she was mine. I don't know what today's tours look like in the Brno museum, but at least the guide corrected this sentence about the uniqueness of the telephone booth, "Michal recalls the experience while posing for us in a freshly opened booth. Even today, it has functional electrical wiring, and if a suitable telephone is found, we could call from it.

"When I was at the exhibition in Brno, the guide stopped at the same thing and told us about her as the only one in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. However, in addition to telephones, the depository also has other collection items - from cash registers and scales to televisions, irons to school desks. Everything in perfect condition. And this is also a condition if someone wants to donate "antiques" to the emerging museum. The thing may not work, but it must be visually undamaged.

"Collecting items is not a problem. We have two deposit rooms full. However, I want to give it an idea that people would like to come back here to say that it makes sense, "explains Michal. When we ask him what old piece is already considered historical, he says that he is currently looking for an iPhone1 as well. We even get to the electrical substation, which still worked last year. Today, however, the electricity in the building has been converted, so until recently the function room became a museum exhibit.

They will have their room in the Museum. Then they will have telephones, televisions, home appliances, you will find a sample store of Jednota here. However, Michal's heart affair is the idea of the Museum of Old Prievidza. We walk down the hallway in the basement of the building. "The golden Prievidza alley will be displayed on the walls. Here, on the right side, we will enter the Slavia Cinema, which will include a functional period projector, old cinema seats for 80 to 100 people, and we also want to equip the museum with television cameras. I even have a poster from 1936 in my collection. However, I had to come up with that method by the exclusion method. It lists films with dates but no year. So I scored when the films premiered, and at the same time I checked on what day the individual screenings were based. There will also be a stage where theater performers can perform. I hope that we will be able to make the podium so that it grows pleasantly. So that we can go back in time during the performances, "Michal points to the bare walls, which he already sees in his imagination as a real Cinema Slavia.

Next to it will be a room with the subtitle - Photographer, studio - Adolf Kramer. This gentleman took pictures of old Prievidza before he was deported and murdered in a concentration camp. "And it is his photos that should decorate this room. I will be happy if the studio is complemented by a magnifying technique, "continues the passionate Prievidjan in the presentation of his dreams. But what has more realistic contours is the future entrance to the museum. It will consist of a bus stop with a "ticket pike".
