Cottage Alpina is situated right below the ski slopes of Ski Čertov . The recreation area is located in the Javorniky mountain range behind the village of Lazy pod Makytou, 25 km from Púchov.

The cottage offers accommodation in rooms of tourist category and apartments with a capacity of 10 to 12 persons. The apartment consists of five double rooms with a private bathroom. It features a fully equipped kitchenette and a lounge with a fireplace and a TV. An internet connection is available.

The touristic section consists of attic rooms. They have shared bathroom facilities and showers that are in the corridor. There are double and eight-bed rooms.

There is a small wellness center with sauna and whirlpool in the chalet. Ski storage is provided for ski storage. The cottage has a restaurant offering Slovak cuisine. You can eat it in the form of breakfast, half board or full board. There is also a ski equipment rental, a ski school and a ski service. There is a fireplace with a seating area. In leisure time you can play table tennis or party games.
