Agrotouristic guesthouse with farmhouse is located in a rural village near Praznov, about 8 km from Považská Bystrica.

Surroundings of the guesthouse are Souľovské vrchy, which offer natural beauties such as Manínska tiesňava and Kostelecká tiesňava.

The accommodation and restaurant facilities of the guesthouse are completely new, they were built in 2014. The accommodation capacity consists of 5 rooms with social facilities in the corridor, especially for women and men.

Guests can prepare their own meals in the shared kitchen.

The restaurant in the establishment is not yet in operation, but in case of interest, guests can order breakfast.

Darts or billiards can be enjoyed at leisure .

The guest house is fluent in English and German.

The guesthouse has a restaurant with a capacity of 52 seats, which can be rented.

The house offers the possibility of arranging homemade piglets or baking of small pigs.

The guesthouse has an animal farm where you can see pigs, sheep, ducks, and other poultry. There are up to 400 pigs, among which there are also exotic species like mangal - Curly pigs or Vietnamese black pigs. Some of them are in a free-flooded outpost around the farm where visitors can observe them.

You can also see 2 adult ostrichs that are also in the free "safari" run, and golden pheasants and quail.

The visit to the farm is ideal especially for families with children. During the summer season, fresh and smoked cheese, bryndza and chenille are produced every day. The farm also received the award of the Ministry of Agriculture for the year 2010.
