Povazsky Inovec will be fascinated by Trenčín by its power and from Považie to the long ridges and deep waves. The mountain is 48 kilometers long, 15 to 25 kilometers wide. Towards the south it gradually decreases and passes smoothly into the Danube Lowland. The highest peak of Považský Inovec is Inovec reaching 1042 meters. Rich forest stands are a paradise for marshmallows, a number of tourist paths attract tourists. The massive mountain, well visible from Trenčín, is in the winter and summer of the inhabitants not only the regional town.

The relationship of the inhabitants of the municipalities below Inovca is also sympathetic to this majestic symbol of the region, many of whom are chosen more than once a year to its peak. And not just that. They like to talk about it, and their enthusiastic description of the outdoors and the experiences of the beautiful nature has also inspired the non-believers to the first nice tour of Inovec.

The way to the top

Tourists can choose to go uphill through multiple routes. My most favorite is the sidewalk from Munich's Lehoto railway station on the hillsides. Climbing is also acceptable for holiday travelers. You have to go downhill from Selca, the chapel also has the exit from Dubodiela. It seems a bit tedious to me from the Jastrabia of Trencin, but no disciple against the taste. The majority of the mileage crawlers will be on the route passing through Inovec and will not return to the starting point, for example, from Mnnička Lehota to Selca. On the way, they explore nature, mushrooming. At the 790-foot-long Inoveka hut, refreshments - they will find a rich selection - will continue. Families with children can surprise a playground, there is a climbing wall, for indestructible and bowling. You can also use the sauna to regenerate overloaded muscles.

Legend of sad František

Ponuže chaty is a monument to the desert of František Rozvadský, who in the 17th century drove into solitude in the cave. František was a soldier coming from nearby Rozvad - now part of Trenčianske Stankovice - and in his youth unwittingly caused his fiancé Eva Sokolovská to burn in Trencin as a bosorka. This unfortunate event, with the cruel death of a loved one, drove him out of the lonely people in the Inovci cave. Every year, as a fact of craving, a cross crossed to Trencin on Good Friday. He lived for 78 years, and the legend says he had brought the coffin to the cave, deposited himself in it and died. The entrance to the cave collapsed and František resting in peace, no one disturbed. His picture is located in the Trencian castle, where the castle is painted in the ilešháziov picture gallery on the plate, the parish church with stairs and the scapegoat František Rozvadský with his dog.

From the cottage leads the way to the top partly on the slopes, whose fame is only reminded of the rushing ski lift. Nature shows its strength here when it comes from the high grass in the light of the young trees. To the left of the thicket, the former school in nature, formerly the pioneer camp, shakes the trees. Today it reminds of the backdrop of a war or horror movie. We walk back into the woods and slowly climb to the top. Bypassing the hill is a view of the villages under Inovcom. He has changed a lot in recent years. Near the triangulation point with the top book stands a metal cross that replaced the original wooden. In the past, two metal poles for the transmission of telecommunication data have grown here, and the Helena lookout tower for the rest of the year also serves meteorological and telecommunication purposes. Unlike "older colleagues", however, it is open to the public. With a 23-meter-long terrace overlooking the trees, it offers views of the forested top of the world's forests.

On the Inovec lookout and fog

Free days at the end of the week, especially during sunny weather, dozens of people pull out on Inov. The Trenčín family praises an excellent idea with a lookout when tourists can climb to the penultimate platform. Top equipment is on the top floor and is therefore not accessible to the public. "I am here again after a few years. The young people talked to us, we came to look at the lookout and we do not regret this. It's definitely worth the effort, "said Mrs. Margita of Trenčín. From the south comes a group of tourists from Prague. Their journey from Bezovca to the ridge was greeted, and the summit, according to them, was quite lost to romance by the construction of technical facilities. They have appreciated a viewfinder that is in the height of the trees and a view from far away. The autumn haze dragged the curtain a little and hid in the soft mist of the White Carpathians, where they usually see Javorin or Veľký Lopeník. The weaker visibility was also in the north-east, Vrsata, Klaku or Great Fatra we could only dream of. On the way back we headed down the slopes. Below the summit is the Sviniarky saddle and after a while we see a cliff called the Bundal's view overlooking Trenčín and Central Považie. There is a surprise at the top of the slopes - a wooden bench with a nice view and inscription: to all of you, chatters. For the well-traveled tourists, they are the route of the Považský Inovec ridge, with branches to Kálnice, Kulháň and Zlatník, or they can continue to Bezovec and the castle ruins Tematín, and the tourists reach the hike to Piešťany.

The journey to the peak of Považský Inovec was posed by groups of tourists, families with children, older and younger lovers of nature. Everyone enjoyed the warm, sunny weather. A fine gauze was refreshed by the wanderers. Inovec offers beautiful views of Povazia, which open through the woods, from the ridge on both sides. The well-marked hiking trails have to be combined with many cycling trails, which are also widely used by young and formerly born supporters of two self-propelled wheels. Chate pod Inovcom also leads the way for a lot of motorized tourists to come from Trenčianske Jastrabie. Cars are wearing at it and rolling around in the surrounding forests. They collect mushrooms, watch nature and enjoy the movement in healthy air. The chateau parked cars from all over Slovakia, several visitors were staying here and touring the beauties of the surroundings. The advantage of Inovca is close and for tourists of grateful locations. A water reservoir over the village of Svinna was arranged by stone. Láka also Trenčín with its castle and many historical and cultural monuments. You can walk to Beckov Castle, Tematín, a car to Uhrov with the birthplace of Ľudovít Štúr and Alexandr Dubček or the castle Uhrovec. Topoľčiansky castle also has its charm, in hot summer weather will contribute to the good mood and near the castle water reservoir Duchonka. Surroundings also offer a wealth of healing and mineral waters; in the saddle between Považský Inovec and Strážovské vrchy the well-known Mitic mineral water evolves. Break the vibrators and repeat the hike to the top of Považský Inovec. This time, not in the newspapers. It will offer you not only a beautiful experience and will give you energy, but also extend the horizon.
