Recipe: Cabbage Pagan

A good cabbage pagan will never get bored, yummy! Try the recipe that comes from Trenčín.

Ingredients:

Smooth flour 500g, sauerkraut 400g, milk 50 ml, yeast 30g, sugar 1/2 PL, salt 1/4 PL, lard 100g, garlic 50g.

Approach:

Pour the flour into a bowl and pour the yeast, which we prepared from milk, sugar and yeast, into the hole. Squeeze the sauerkraut well and put it in the flour. Salt to taste. Mix the dough well by hand. If it sticks, we add a little ointment and work it out well. let sour in a warm place for about an hour. We prepare two plates and thoroughly grease them with lard. Divide the sourdough dough in half and chop them well on each plate. Let's bake. Before baking, sprinkle with melted ointment with crushed garlic. let it bake nicely in pink. Serve with sour milk.
