In a repeated auction process, the local government managed to buy the once sought-after object by both domestic and foreign clients. The city strives to revive dilapidated spaces that could be used by the public again within a time horizon of one year. "We would like to rent the Chateau Mignon mansion, with the city under the auspices of the property. In this way, the monument would be protected from a similar scenario, when after a failed business the national cultural monument falls into disrepair and becomes a place around which visitors fear. walk " , explained the mayor of Dubnica nad Váhom Peter Wolf.
