As well as the lesser known tourist attractions of the Trenčín region, the visitors of the ITF Slovakiatour 2019 Tourism Fair in Bratislava can discover the Trenčín region in the exhibition exhibition of the Regional Tourism Organization (KOCR) in Bratislava from the 24th January 2019 onwards.

The KOCR Trenčín Region offers an up-to-date news of the upcoming season, a regional specialty tasting, a varied cultural program, a unique encounter with the "Bloody Count" by Alzbet Báthory and many others. A schedule of activities for the upcoming tourist season as well as unique treasures from the corners of the Trenčín region will be presented by member regional tourism organizations (OOCR): OOCR Trenčianske Teplice, OOCR Horné Považie, OOCR Horná Nitra-Bojnice and OOCR Trenčín and surroundings. Visitors to various areas of the Trenčian region will be attracted by traditional appetizers such as Pagan cheese and cheese from Horné Považie, spa wafers from Trenčianske Teplice, beer from the Panský brewery in Bojnice or tasty spreads from an African catfish from the Fish Farm in Handlová.

In the festive opening of the KOCR presentation stand Trenčín region (24.1.2019 at 11.30 h) will be awarded 2nd prize of the "Top in tourism" survey for exceptional projects, facilities and personalities in tourism. Awarding the prize will be gifted with adrenaline acrobatic show in the hand of the parkers Let's move from Trenčín. Folk melodies from the corners of Upper Považia region to Bratislava will bring the folk group Podžiaran z Papradna.
