A varied offer of Czech and Slovak regions, national tourist agencies, travel agencies and tourism specialists introduced the 28th International Holiday Fair, which took place on 21-24. February 2019 in Prague. Among exotic destinations such as Indonesia, China, Thailand, Morocco, Cuba or the Dominican Republic, attention was paid to the stands presenting the regions of Slovakia. The upcoming World Ice Hockey Championships were the main theme of the Slovak exposition, which attracted visitors to the fair.

The National Exhibition of Slovakia also included the Regional Tourism Organization (KOCR) Trenčín Region . Trencianske region presented a destination suitable for all ages, for families with children, active athletes and seniors. "It is the Czech Republic that comes to us most of the year annually. At the fair, however, we present all the tourist opportunities our region offers. We also introduced Czech tourists to new cycling routes and opportunities for spending active holidays in the Trenčín region, "said the Executive Director of KOCR Trenčín region, Eva Frývaldská. Representatives from the regional tourism organization HORNÁ NITRA - BOJNICE , who presented four new days and new products and services, accommodation or meals, biking trails or a list of interesting events, presented the region's presentation. Representatives of Beckov Castle introduced news for the upcoming season that will not miss tempting events for families with children.

The presentation stand of the Slovak Republic, which was prepared by the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic through a foreign representation in Prague, attracted visitors with an attractive presentation. The hockey theme was accompanied by a live statue of a hockey player or an attractive cheerleader. We also enjoyed tasting Slovak wines from the National Salon of Wine or a tasting of quality Slovak spirits produced by Old Herold from Trenčín.
