Executive Director
Conditions for selecting employees:
A) Qualification requirements and requirements :
- 2nd level university education,
B) personal and moral preconditions:
- integrity,
- independence, conscientiousness, reliability,
- ability to work under pressure,
- communication skills, pleasant demeanor,
- adaptability and flexibility,
- managerial skills and personal prerequisites for the performance of the function,
C) selection criteria:
- 3 years of management experience,
- 5 years of experience in the field of tourism,
- experience in developing and implementing EU-funded projects,
- knowledge of legislation in the field of tourism, Act on the Promotion of Tourism no. 91/2010 Coll., As amended,
- knowledge of the law on public procurement no. 343/2015 Coll., As amended,
- knowledge of the Labor Code no. 311/2001 Coll.,
- knowledge of English (level B2 at least), other languages an advantage,
- active work with PC and other commonly used communication technologies,
- driving license - group "B",

Job description, powers and responsibilities:
- implementation of the annual plan of activities of the regional organization in accordance with the approved budget of the regional organization,
- directing, managing and controlling professional activities performed by departments, working commissions and working groups of the executive branch of the regional organization, supervising the fulfillment of tasks and activities of these departments, commissions and groups,
- management of heads of professional departments, working commissions and working groups of a regional organization,
- submission of the workload of employees of professional departments, working commissions and working groups to the chairman of the regional organization,
- responsibility for the financial statements,
- drawing up the annual report,
- responsibility for the preparation of a project proposal aimed at the implementation of activities related to the main subject of activity of the regional organization for the purposes of submitting a grant application submitted to the Ministry,
- elaboration of draft activity and budget, management of property of regional organization,
- responsibility for the implementation of projects according to the approved plan and budget of KOCR,
- preparation and coordination of the course of marketing campaigns and communication with external agencies and suppliers,
- preparation of materials for professional exhibitions and presentations,
- conceptual preparation and management of presentation roadshows,
- elaboration of draft itineraries for destination presentations for journalistic information trips, family trips and others,
- preparation and implementation of press conferences,
- presentation of the destination at professional conferences at home and abroad
Start: May 2020
Salary - proposal: from 1000 EUR depending on the experience of the candidate
