On March 13, 2020, the Regional Tourism Organization of the Trenčín Region announced tenders for the positions of: Chairman and Executive Director.

In accordance with § 11a par. 5 and par. 4 of Act no. 91/2010 Coll. on the promotion of tourism, as amended, and based on the results of tenders held on 22 April 2020 in the congress premises of the Trenčín Self-Governing Region (TSK), a selection committee consisting of representatives of TSK and member regional tourism organizations (OOCR): OOCR Horná Nitra-Bojnice Region, OOCR Horné Považie Region, OOCR Trenčianske Teplice, OOCR Trenčín and surroundings, recommended proposing the following positions:

- Chairman of KOCR Trenčín region: Mgr. Juraj Gerlici,

- executive director of KOCR Trenčín region: PhDr. Eva Frývaldská.

The appointment to the functions of KOCR Trenčín region took place at the general meeting of the organization on April 27, 2020, where the winners of the selection procedure were elected by the members of KOCR Trenčín region with effect from 5 May 2020.
