The route begins in Trenčianska Teplá village on the square, where the green cycling trail goes in the direction of Trenčianske Teplice. Blue continues through the city towards New Dubnica and Dubnica nad Váhom arrives via Veľký and Malý Kolačín. In Dubnica there is a beautiful reconstructed ranobarok mansion. In the castle park there is a unique artificial Grotta cave with a view tower and opposite the manor house there is also a baroque church. The route continues through Vázsky kanál and Váh itself to Bolešov, where it ends at the crossroad with Vážska cyklomagistrálou.
