Beckov Castle entered its jubilee 20th season.

On April 30, Beckov Castle opened the jubilee 20th season by the former owner of the castle, Matúš Čák Trenčiansky. He then handed the keys to the castle to Kastelan to guard their next season and make the castle available to tourists.

The walls of the ancient castle shuddered under the sound of ancient weapons, swordfish, and other ancient weapons. In the program prepared by the Galahad Historical Fencing Group, they did not miss exciting knight tournaments or fencing fights. The youngest visitors have brought storytelling stories to old times, having fun with interesting games and competitions. The time camp with the kitchen showed dining and cooking in the Middle Ages. Simply, Beck's Castle once again grew busy during the weekend, as it was during the reign of castle lord Matus Catch.

The upcoming tourist season at Beckov Castle will be as rich as the opening ceremony. Several events have been prepared for which the name itself promises an unusual experience, "Welcome to the Middle Ages", "Šašov Castle", "Rytieri Sky" or "Honey Weekend in the Castle". The new season at Beckov Castle will bring some news. "In the lower courtyard of the castle, visitors can see a photo exhibition that captures the reconstruction of the castle and its transformation during the construction work. Museum exhibits an exhibition of archaeological findings of the castle - ceramic vessels, smithy and stonemason products, "said Jozef Pamětický, project manager of the interest association Beckov Castle. In addition to rich history, Beck's Castle also offers relaxation and a pleasant sitting in the castle café with a reading room. The visitors invite you for the pleasant moments spent with the smell of coffee and old books.

The Beckov Castle in the new season boasts rich programs, an authentic ancient environment, legends of a toiled castle and a host of novelties that will delight both small and large visitors. The castle will be open to the public in the month of May from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00.
