Miner's fair

The city of Prievidza, together with the Cultural and Social Center in Prievidza, invites you to the traditional Miner's Fair, which will take place from September 9 to 11, 2022. The 36th year of the popular event will be held on JC Hronského Square, on MR Štefánika Street and in the City Park in He will see.

Three days of fun, music, good food and drink will be kicked off by the popular Miner's Parade. The Rozkvet Choir and Adventure Strings will ceremonially open the main program on the stage of the Miner's Fair this Friday. The bands Trocha klidu, local Florabelle, Kollárovci and Gladiator will follow. The first hours of the Miner's Fair on Saturday's program will belong to mining traditions - Šachtág. Local ensembles will also perform their art - SZUŠ XOANA, TK, Fantastic-ELKO and ZUŠ Ladislav Stanček in Prievidza. Both well-known and lesser-known performers will once again be given space on the stage. The Sunday continuation of the program will be performed by the local music group Duo Muzika. The Senzus group will give the full stop to the whole fair. This year, the traditional fair is also connected with an occasional market, where you can find the most diverse assortment and attractions. The novelty of the Miner's Fair

The city of Prievidza behaves responsibly and ecologically, which is why this year it brings a novelty in the form of returnable glasses with the Miner's Fair logo for all draft drinks.
