SPORT AND RELAX

Ski resort Cigeľ Priedavky - Šábľová is situated above the village Cigeľ near Prievidza. Located on the northern slope of Vtáčnik mountain range. The base station is at an altitude of 630m nm and the highest point of the resort is 825m above sea level. Cigli skiing has a long tradition. Even today, under favorable snow conditions, the old ski slope from 1979 is used. The newly built ski slope is 800 m long, its elevation is 195 m and it is artificially snowy and also illuminated. The terrain of both slopes is moderately demanding in the upper part, and slightly lower in the lower part. In addition to downhill skiing, Cigli has a rich history of cross-country skiing. With enough snow cover, approximately 40km of modified cross-country skiing tracks are available. Major runways are known as the Grand and Small Circuit. Sportive enthusiasts who want to enjoy the beauty of winter nature also meet each year on the "Thanksgiving SNP," which takes place on the sights of the seven tortured men of Cigli, the protestors of fascism.

Enticing are hiking trips to White Stone, Jančekův rock or the tour to the Trom studničkách. Whoever has lost his gentlemen's sport can visit the mountain golf course in the pleasant mountainous environment of Sebedrai. After exhaustive sports, you can enhance the traditional dishes of this region - beans, cabbage, peas, halušky, slips, locusts, puddings or pear soup called Brda.

OLD FACE IN THE CHILD

The old lip at the Cigli church has been for five years. The neighboring Gothic castle of Sivý Kameň is located just a few steps away. He talked about it.
