The hotel is located on the left bank of the river Váh in the sport and recreation area of ​​the Island, with a magnificent view of the famous and powerful castle Matúša Čka Trenčianskeho. The oldest mention of the town is from r. The Romans left it in the form of a Roman inscription on the castle rock. The legend of the castle's well-being, which Omar dug for his beautiful and beloved Fatima, is also associated with the castle.

SPORT HOTEL OSTROV ** consists of the accommodation part , where we offer the possibility of cozy and affordable accommodation and social rooms. There are 9 double, 4 triple rooms and 2 apartments in the accommodation. The total accommodation capacity of the hotel including extra beds is 41 beds. Each room has an atrium, its own bathroom with bathroom. The room also has a TV, free Wi-Fi, and congress rooms with wired internet access. The hotel has free parking.

In addition to accommodation, we offer various sports facilities in our premises or in the nearby surroundings, Paintball, tennis, squash, table tennis, floorball, badminton, beach volleyball, darts, bowling, bowling, walking and cycling, in-line skating, water sports, etc. There is a Mayo bicycle rental service.

The restaurant has a capacity of about 70 people. It is connected with a bar and a terrace for the use of hot summer days. There are also two congress rooms in the hotel's premises, both for about 20 to 30 people. These spaces can also be used for seminars and trainings, social gatherings, wedding receptions, various jubilee celebrations, corporate meetings, and more.
